Retirement Community with masonry walls and precast concrete floors. The building contains 216 residential units. Resort like amenities provided for the residences include a library, bridge and club rooms, movie theatre, fitness center, activity center, beauty/barber salon, and a business center. Dining areas include the “Pinnacle”, an upscale, formal dining space. Informal dining areas include “The Camelback Bistro” and “Thompson Peak Terrace”.
Philip designed this community to maximize views to the McDowell Mountains and to minimize distance to the dining rooms. The lowest possible construction cost was established and guaranteed before the drawings were complete by using INTEGRATED PROJECT DELIVERY, a collaborative design process including the Owner, Architect, Engineers, General Contractor and Subcontractors.
